Yoga Classes, Fitness Classes, Workshops, and Events

Cardio Flow M-Th 8-9am

Get your heart rate up with this upbeat, active, flow style fitness class. Working with cardio exercises, weights, and stretches we will get the body up, moving, and warm each morning of the week. All levels welcome.

Restorative Yoga Wednesday 4-5pm

Relax, release, and repair. This class includes supported poses and a relaxing experience of sound and guided meditation. Allow yourself time to release and sink into these postures as you hold each for roughly 10 minutes. All levels welcome.

Hot Lunch Tu-Th 12:30-1:15pm

A condensed vinyasa flow, it all gets done in 45 minutes. Yes, there are showers available.

Yin Sun 11:30-12:30pm

Targeting the connective tissues and darker areas where our stresses tend to accumulate. It’s a chance to literally unravel the knots that our experiences tie inside our bodies. Seated postures are held for several minutes, giving them the time needed to access ligaments, tendons and fascia.
